Ramona is an Ohian,currently living in Florida, who has travelled and lived extensively in Central and Eastern Europe (she even DROVE there! )

Ralph is from Hampshire (Play Up Pompey !!) and has travelled extensively from Siberia (he went there TWICE!!) to California and lives in Florida.

Their dream was, and is, to help people like themselves to be able to move across the Pond freely, and easily, with a minimum of fuss.

Please join us and help us realise that dream for all of us.

We aim to provide a service by telephone and Internet that will help you on every step of the way.

From helping you with the prices of property (to live in, own to rent out, own for Investment Appreciation).

To helping you view, purchase, and move into your new home/villa/dacha/condo-on-the-beach.

Including help with the nasty bits- paperwork, taxes, visa requirements, and anything else you can, reasonably, think of.

We are a young Company,although with many years of experience, starting small, and determined to keep it that way.

We aim to have no more than 500 clients. We intend to know you personally, to be able to walk through every step with you.

You will ALWAYS (within reason) be able to contact one of us.

We have between us been through the Immigration System both ways, in to the US and in to the U.K. We've stood in the lines, filled in the forms, AND been put on hold for thirty minutes before talking with a live human- many times! - so we know what it's like.

Access to our help, knowledge, and experience is free for you. When we help you with purchasing your new property we will take the usual commission (invariably paid by the seller- not you). Ramona and Ralph are both Licensed Florida Realtors (Estate Agents). We have access to EVERY piece of property listed in the U.S.A. and can locate property for sale in most European Countries.

James and Kay came to Florida from The Cayman Islands, where they had been living, and working, for some years. Kay is a U.S. citizen, and they have been married for years, they decided to settle here in Horse Farm Country - Marion County.

They were "pre-approved" by a Mortgage Broker for a loan to buy a house. The Broker referred them to us as Realtors. Eventually, Kay and James found their dream home, a nearly new home on an acre, zoned for Agricultural use. (One of Kay's dreams is to have a horse in her paddock.) All was set to close when- Disaster- the lender backed out at the last minute!! There was a problem only because they had been residing outside the U.S. - this took a long time to resolve (with another lender).

They, and we, had to fight, and wait, to get their deposit back- it took 9 months, but eventually we prevailed and they then bought another house that we found for them.
